Little Carriers started in a Fall River garage after one guinea pig too many rode to the vet like a loose bowling ball in a cat carrier. The fix seemed obvious: build the box around the animal. Nobody was doing it. So we did.
That one idea still runs the whole shop. Four shells, four body plans, cut and stitched by six people in one building on South Street. Little Carriers LLC is formed in Wyoming; this Fall River, Wisconsin shop is the operational and customer-service address, not the formation state. That's the entire company. You've now met most of it.

HOW A SHELL GETS MADE
Cut. Form. Stitch. Shake.
Every shell is cut, formed, stitched, and shake-tested in the Fall River shop before it leaves South Street. That sequence is the whole process: no off-site assembly line and no mystery factory between the quote and the crate.
What the shop actually ships
One building, six people, four shells. Volume claims on this page are shop-floor counts, not a third-party audit. Carriers ship from Fall River after you accept a written quote. Destinations and rates are on the Order Confirmation, not a public table.
