Snug is safe
Give a hamster a ballroom and every left turn becomes a round of pinball. Each shell caps the free clearance, so the ride stays steady and your animal arrives calm instead of rattled.
Air moves, heat doesn't
Vents are cut per size and angled 12° for cross-flow at nose height, not at whatever height photographs well. Small lungs get the same air budget as big ones.
Level, always
The handle sits over each shell's true center of load, so the floor stays flat while you walk. No slow slide into one corner, no scrabbling claws, no guilt.

Every carrier gets 14 days at home with the animal it was bought for. Wrong shell? The return label is on us and the exchange ships the same week.
Repair first, replace second
Shell, frame, floor, latch, and stitching are covered for two years. If our work fails, we fix it. That's the whole policy. You just read it.
